Laura Hays

Administration Specialist

Laura's 15 years experience in management have allowed her to work through all aspects of a project's lifecycle. She has performed a variety of roles throughout that time, including project manager, payroll accountant, and change management lead. Her logistical experience and attention to detail blend to create a keen eye for creative problem solving and organizing. 

 

Laura believes that both form and function are crucial to the success of any project. With a passion for organizational efficiency and design, she truly enjoys creating systems that streamline  productivity while maintaining the user experience.

Karen Bauder

Web Designer

Karen is a native Texan with almost 30 years experience as a professional artist and web designer & developer. Having created sites for corporations, government offices, education, and nonprofits, she now enjoys using an array of website development platforms to create friendly and functional sites for her clients.

 

Karen enjoys the collaborative process of actualizing her client's vision. Her artistic background and technical expertise blend seamlessly, allowing her to craft captivating and user friendly sites.

Peg Moline

Writer & Editor

Peg is an award winning journalist, editor, and writer from the west coast. She is the founding editor in chief of Fit Pregnancy Magazine and served as editorial director at UCLA magazine. She is adept at planning editorial and visual content, and loves helping people tell their stories through all mediums.

Peg's current focus is as a writer, ghostwriter, and editor. From books to blogs, she can take your material to the next level and help bring your creative vision to life.

He excels in offering practical solutions, connecting with individuals, and providing the encouragement needed to keep tasks moving forward. His approachable and supportive nature makes him a valuable resource for team members looking for guidance and assistance in navigating their workload.
